Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
1. Overview
RogueTrader (roguetrader.io) is operated by Rogue Labs, LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our platform.
RogueTrader is a self-custodial, wallet-based platform. We do not require email addresses, passwords, or personal identification to use the service.
2. Information We Collect
Wallet Addresses. When you connect your Solana wallet, we receive your public wallet address. This is used to identify your session, display your portfolio, and process on-chain transactions.
EVM Wallet Addresses. If you use the token migration feature, you may connect an EVM wallet (e.g. via MetaMask or Phantom). We store the linked EVM address and a cryptographic signature proving ownership. We read token balances from public blockchain data.
Referral Codes. If you arrive via a referral link, the referral code is captured and associated with your wallet address on-chain.
Transaction Data. All deposits, withdrawals, and trade activity are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. We store a local copy of this data for display purposes.
Usage Data. We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and page views. This data is used for security monitoring and service improvement.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store: names, email addresses, phone numbers, government-issued identification, private keys, seed phrases, or any personally identifiable information beyond wallet addresses.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Display your portfolio, positions, and transaction history
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and referral tracking
- Calculate and display LP token balances and pricing
- Facilitate the ROGUE token migration airdrop
- Monitor platform security and prevent abuse
- Improve the service and fix bugs
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Wallet addresses and transaction data are inherently public on the Solana and EVM blockchains.
We may share information if required by law or to protect the security of the platform.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser cookies for session management (wallet authentication). We use localStorage to capture referral codes from URL parameters. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
7. Data Retention
Wallet session data is stored in cookies that expire when you disconnect your wallet. On-chain data is permanent and immutable by nature. Server-side records (LP snapshots, trade history) are retained for the operation of the platform.
8. Security
RogueTrader is self-custodial. Your private keys never leave your device. All on-chain operations require your explicit wallet signature. The platform's smart contract has been independently audited.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
